Yes i agree with you .. they are a lot of wannabe ICE.. even Costco has their own brand of those tall bottles... but i hope VitaminFizz made it.. i got a lot of money on it.

greenaccountingbeen re competition...

indeed competition will come. its the nature of the industry. but the winners will execute the following:

1. speed to market w/ a unique differentiating product

2. manag exec team w/ experience

3. branding & distribution deal ability

-->> on all 3 points mine is spearheading their unique space in the beverage industry. they aren't vitamin water, they are carbonated light water w/ vitamin enrichment, big difference. the manag team knows the game (read Ginsberg). & speed to market in this space is and will be everything. mine is ahead of the competition differentiation wise in this space.

you can talk about the competition, we all get it. its gonna be a tough road, but you need to stop with the BS subtle jabs at investors here. have fun

and to your posts on people here looking for millions, yes it is farfetched. what you tend to forget is that if this thing gets to .05, many of us here have six figure gains and can shed a few shares and roll the dice for the hunt for millions. have a nice day

The competition is already here and has been here. If we are to listen to your logic then no company should come out with a new product. Yes Honest Fizz, Hint, Aquafina I think came out with a flavored, sparkling water and the list goes on. I would refer you back to brands like Neuro which has built a nice brand and is a power brands client. Evolution Fresh which was bought by Starbucks for 30 million. EF was also a PB client. Street Kings which is an energy shot that has done well. SK also a PB client. If we followed your logic then Street Jing would have never come out because in your world there is competition. The energy shot market it choke full of competition and yet Street King was able to come out and be successful. So your examples while interesting are really of no consequence here unless you can predict the future. My guess is that you may be invested in the competition and are sizing up the competitors. Well VF is a small startup with some big backing and some dedicated investors. Rather than telling us what we already know how about telling us something we don't know? If we were worried about competition it wouldn't be from some cocktail mixer that costs $40 per 12 pack.

key competitive differentiator: from linkedin

ultimately the success of this company will be based on who in the enterprise has their hand on the helm. of all the exec team, don't underestimate the past history of mr Ginsberg. its a clear signal to where this company will hopefully go:
