NO. USEI'S legal counsel, Mr. Thomas Cook, will not respond to phone calls regarding these shares. I spoke to him early last fall in an attempt to obtain the necessary legal opinion to release my restricted shares. He assured me that he would take care of it promptly, but never did.
You will receive restricted USEI shares as a dividend in your account, but you will never be able to sell them.
