AMRN has stated they want to make it to Reduce-It results (perhaps even interim) without diluting further. I take that to mean they may plan to sell the company at that time. Another point to consider is with positive results the market for Vascepa becomes enormous. BP is not stupid, they would understand the opportunity and the lead time required to get them there. In other words the sooner they own Vascepa the more money it makes for them on the limited patent life. If AMRN does not get the price they want and BP says .... off! then dilution may have to occur in which case I would rather have it happen at $10 a share than at $1. As I have stated before I am in this for buyout or bankruptcy. I would feel a lot more confident if JZ were to step up and buy a huge block of stock. No doubt this is high risk stuff..but with a really high reward if various events happen to play out well. Trust me that there is a lot more to worry about then BP not making an acceptable offer.
