I think DEWM will be going by the wayside sometime in the future.
USHC looks to be right on target and the way (and company) of the future.
DEWM has never made money and is millions in debt.
Dr. Moran seems to be focusing all his energizes on USHC.
I don't see DEWM going anytime soon. I would think there are some tax ramifications with serious benefits for the company and it's relationship with USHC that are currently being worked out.
I'm no accountant so I don't know what that mechanism would be.
In the meantime I do think DEWM looks like a good opportunity.
In the future though I think USHC is where the profits are.
