Not true. Do some research on that. They do not cause tooth decay like sugar. That is one of the benefits of sugar alcohols. They are used in most diet products with artificial sweeteners.
Erythritol, which is what is in Vitamin Fizz, is NOT "concentrated sugar" for starters. Just. No.
From the wikipedia entry for erythritol: "Erythritol is tooth-friendly; it cannot be metabolized by oral bacteria, so it does not contribute to tooth decay.[11]"
So go ahead and gargle with the stuff before bedtime; your teeth will be fine.
