Erythritol, which is what is in Vitamin Fizz, is NOT "concentrated sugar" for starters. Just. No.

From the wikipedia entry for erythritol:
"Erythritol is tooth-friendly; it cannot be metabolized by oral bacteria, so it does not contribute to tooth decay.[11]"

So go ahead and gargle with the stuff before bedtime; your teeth will be fine.
