Well… We knew they did it. So now will they finally be punished? Usually the BCSC isn't very good at that. I find it hard to understand why they spend years on these hearings, and then in the end nothing really comes of them.
Of course, the company, SUGO moved on from that, under new ownership..... and has been an abject failure. As you know they tried to get current in their SEC filings, but failed as they're not audited.
They just claimed to have finalized a reverse merger with some company called Caer Vision....
