Thanks...I know they are and I know it's a red flag.

But what I'm trying to find out is whether a company that has had their registration revoked by the state for non-filing COULD suffer a trading suspension for that reason alone by rule.

Even worse, when they act like shelling out a few hundred bucks to get reinstated, after being delinquent for years, is a "business plan".
