I agree...but when your success hinges on the FDA...and it's clear they HATE you...your chances for success are very limited.

Invest ..yes there have been cases ...recently Cohen's ( ? ) Hedge fund and in the past Sam Wakscal's ? co ...where inside data on clinical trials were leaked .

Everyone involved did jail time including Martha Stewart ...actually Stewart and Wakscal may have been around leaking an FDA decision .

Anyway ...does happen ...fairly rare tho and I wouldn't worry about it to Jan 2016.

Ditto that. I too am a rube on blinded biomed clinical trials, but far from a rube with Wall Street. Big money has a way of finding out about anything and everything. If they don't here it's a first.
