Ture the one thing in our favor is the restiction on volume...also when you look at it there is a time frame on when they can convert.... but there is no way around the fact that these are shares that will come into the market... but for the most part they wont hit until mid 2015 and if all goes well we could be spitting out new fast enough to absorb these shares with little to no effect on the PPS. Thats my hope any way.
