Don't be confused, going private is a result of a complete failure of the business. The impact to shareholders in this is bad. You had no buyers in the open market and now any semblance of liquidity that you thought you had is pretty much gone as you have no means of freely unloading your shares. So if a private investor wants to offer .005 per share that is your only option. I believe all they need is a majority to accept those terms, anad since none of the retail holders collectively have a majority you are stuck with whatever Al and management choose.
Dividends? Not gonna happen, ever., enough with the lies and fantasy, hasn't it done you enough damage, time to face reality.
