Every Mabwe shareholder will receive the same amount of shares in the private mining company that owns Dodge mine. Going private saves a lot of money and opens up many capital resources.

This creates a wonderful opportunity for dividends and perhaps a buyout in the future.

This is a great day for shareholders.
