Quite right. It does apply to many Company s.

In this case however there is a vast difference between a 900 M plus Sarissa share structure and a prospective new "Niostar" entity that would presumably have less than 50 M outstanding.

A new entity ("Niostar") would not have the rocky history to contend with and would be in a position to provide a clean narrative to the Investment community (from Individuals to Funds).
