The Nebraska message board talks about the same stuff. Of course, they have about 150 million shares, but they are talking about uplisting and the need for a reverse split to achieve it.

That's why I said your statement may be true, but it's not unique to srsr

I think what you say is fair. I think the idea of a restructuring of that sort makes people feel uncertain about how they will come out after the spinout occurs. Dan spoke to this on the shareholder call. You will own the same % of Nio-Star as you have currently with SRSR after the split.

People must realize that the project will ultimately require more financing to complete prefeasibility, so dilution is almost inevitable. Investors in the nio-star project will prefer to invest directly in the spun out Nio-Star Corp than to do so in SRSR. I expect that the company will need somewhere between 3-5 million perhaps for the pre.feasibility. I think we could see them try to raise that by doing a share issuance of niostar shares post spin out to do so. Based on current market cap, they could do perhaps 20% for those funds. But, hopefully the NI report will help boost our pps to where they could either issue fewer shares or raise more cash. Obviously, I am speculating, and there is not just one way to go about it.

All that said, Dan is one of the largest shareholders and so his interest is aligned with the rest of us in keeping dilution to a minimum and maximizing value for shareholders.
