I remember when the P,s where selling for 3 dollars a share before they ran up to around 33 dollars. Then again after the collapse they fell again to 17 dollars down to around 11 and lower. So anyone willing to risk 250 dollars for 1 share would be crazy. Unless you have inside info. Personaly I would not pay more then 5 to 7 dollars and that might be to high.
