I've played around with the Galaxy S5 (manager has one) and all I can say is that it comes preinstalled with a lot of bloatware that slows it down - I guess this is their TouchWiz thing and the move to larger phones allows them to use larger batteries.

I think that they'd do better with a slimmed down OS/UI so that they wouldn't need such powerful processors.
