I think the reason it didn't is because the macro economy isn't all that robust despite what the media says. If this were the late 90s or 2005-07 I'd agree.

The bottom line is that credit is very tight and until it is a near certainty this mine is a "GO", I think our price appreciation will be somewhat constrained.
