Elk Creek has recovery rates between 60-62%--figures above the world standard of 56-58% (CBMM).....A 50% offtake agreement with one of the largest steel/mining companies in the world that has been around for over 100 years...You better believe it did a thorough DD...I could go on...point is that Niocorp's stock is undervalued...regardless of the what stock exchange it is on.
