So a company buys 30% of another company but has no plans to do anything afterwards? Isn't that a bit odd?

Anyhow, I'm just hoping they do something before those "200 million restricted common shares" become UNrestricted. :-(

I looked it up in the dictionary and discovered "Soon" NEVER means "never".
