...and if we can be treated fairly by KKR, it stands to reason that the capital raise (the Series A convertible preferreds, the two tranches of common stock warrants and the huge Series B convertible preferreds) is so significant that, if accompanied by any 'leverage (debt), we could see a significant merger/acquisition announcement. That is what I am really excited to see. Then, on the expected PPS response, I will certainly take a second look and see if there are any indicators that KKR and Citi funds (now in control of at 2/3rds of WMIH voting) might be looking suspect. The merger/acquisition may or may not be tied to reincorporation in Delaware (it would offer some advantages to be tied, and with an 'exchange company compliant with SEC filings uplisted). Like BlueFoxx says (or has been really trying to get a word in edgewise), there is high anticipation on the horizon. GLTY.
