Interesting post no2koolaid. I agreed they have to be very cautious because they don't want to get burn again after what embedda did to them. They know how good our tech is, but they just want to make sure imo. I don't think they will buy us out without an approval of our first ADT.
Pfizer paid $3.6 B for King, not just for Embeda. King had revenues of $1.8 B , therefore the deal was a quite customary 2x of revenues. Glad I could clear this up.
