Mr. Ronald A. Davis, also known as Ron, serves as Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Accounting Officer, Secretary, Treasurer of OICco Acquisition III, Inc. Mr. Davis serves as Treasurer and Secretary of Caffe Diva. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Source Rock, Inc. since April 30, 2012. Mr. Davis served as President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director of OICco Acquisition IV, Inc. from July 2009 to July 1, 2013 and also served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer until July 1, 2013. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Secretary and Treasurer at OICCO Acquisition II, Inc. He has 25 years' experience in various aspects of merger and acquisition. He founded Blue Star Coffee Inc. In February 2008, he founded Genesis Corporate Development, LLC and served as its Managing Director where he provided business consulting services to start-up companies. He served as Chief Financial Officer, President and Treasurer of KAT Gold Holdings Corporation until April 28, 2010. He served Treasurer of Therapeutic Solutions International, Inc. until December 2007. Mr. Davis operated his consulting services through Heartland Managed Risk, LLC. In March 2008, he founded Walker, Bannister & Dunn, LLC. He served as Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Bella Viaggio, Inc. until April 28, 2010. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, Secretary and Treasurer of St. Vincent Press, Inc. from May 2005 to April 30, 2008. He joined the Bella Viaggio Inc. on June 6, 2007 and served as its Secretary. Mr. Davis served as President, Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Shearson Financial Network, Inc. from 1996 to 2000. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Blue Star Coffee Inc. He served as Secretary and Treasurer of Sterling Equity Holdings Inc. since January 31, 2001. Mr. Davis served as Treasurer of Friendly Auto Dealers, Inc. until December 2007. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Caffe Diva Group, Ltd. since 1994 until September 9, 2000. In 2001, after leaving Caffe Diva, Mr. Davis formed BlueStar Coffee, Inc. Mr. Davis commenced his career at Goldman Sachs & Co. in 1964 as an office boy. He returned to Goldman Sachs where he served until joining Dean Witter & Co. (Now Morgan Stanley). In 1981, Mr. Davis commenced advising high net worth individuals and their investments. In 1994, he was asked to take over the stewardship of Caffe Diva of which he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to September 2000. Since 1976, he was a business consultant specializing in financial advisory services to startup and early stage companies. During the period from 1976 to 1996, Mr. Davis has owned and developed real estate for himself and others, both as a Principal and an agent. He serves as Director of Source Rock, Inc., OICco Acquisition III, Inc., Caffe Diva and OICCO Acquisition II, Inc. He served as Director of Blue Star Coffee Inc. since July 2000 and Bella Viaggio, Inc. until April 28, 2010. He served as Director of Sterling Equity Holdings Inc. since January 31, 2001 and Shearson Financial Network, Inc. from 1996 to 2000. He served as Director of St. Vincent Press, Inc. from May 2005 to April 2008. He served as a Director of KAT Gold Holdings Corporation until April 28, 2010. He served as Adjunct Professor in the Graduate School of Business, Portland State University, Portland, Oregon where he taught courses on capital formation and new venture creation. Mr. Davis serves as a member of the National Investment Bankers Association and Financial Services Exchange. He has written two books, The Financial Impact on Conglomerates of Vertical and Horizontal Diversification and Managing Wealth: Improving Investment Returns In An Offshore Environment. In addition, he wrote an article published in Venture Magazine titled, Small Company Capital Formation Strategies. Mr. Davis passed the requisite examination to be a licensed NASD 63 holder. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. In 1967, he also received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
