Crowin? straight from your link.

"So far, there are about 270 licensed growers in Washington — but only about 85 open stores for them to sell to. That's partly due to a slow, difficult licensing process; retail applicants who haven't been ready to open; and pot business bans in many cities and counties"

and this gem..."Washington is always likely to have a glut of marijuana after the outdoor crop comes in each fall, he suggested, as the outdoor growers typically harvest one big crop which they continue to sell throughout the year"

All in all, article is hilarious. Really nothing to do with anything INCC.

INCC has current plans for Colorado. Please read the entire article and be balanced in your interpretation. Due to Colorado laws it restricts the growers and will not let the production exceed demand. Currently over 40 percent of pot used is coming from the black market. The intent is to reduce that number with more production. In addition, the state is looking to become more restrictive on medical MJ sales that will increase the sale of recreational MJ.

INCC is way to late in the game to grow and make money growing Pot, the market is being flooded with MMJ medical and recreational. Heck the black market is saturating the market too!

So the price drops! Thats how the market works.

INCC is selling shares never POT!
