They dont want to answer anything or own up to anything under the guise of "not wanting to share insider info." The fact is they are the only insiders who could well likely trade on insider info because they are the only ones who would know. Who knew that the would raise AS to 3 Billion? They knew. S No one else knew.
ir guy called me back said theyre hard at work on getting that update out to shareholders but due to material info they are working on cannot disclose due to insider trading laws.
