100% right, my friend! That is why I suggest everyone here to file the complaints to reverse this fishy AS-increasing... For now only they knew what are the current OS and float and how many new shares were diluted most recently since the TA is not giving out the SS Info.? They might have already diluted huge amount of new shares...
Insider information of course should be announced to all shareholders at same time. But important info should be released as it happens. So IR guy saying no dilution so far ? No big stock issuance to Parks and CEO ? Look at FCGD, Parks and CEO there gave themselves 100 million shares each.
