Ted - some of what you are saying is true, the story about customer doubt in IMSC's ability to get a cargo certification. CEO Bolduc even referenced an airline or cargo person whose name he didn't recognize in his email list who I think was the basis for that story. Consider, that person ( company) didn't buy a dam thing because they were not required to do so by TSA's certification lists.

Not sure if you listened to the CC ( forgot exactly which CC) but it was some 2 or 3 CCs after the special April'13 CARGO CC, CEO BOLDUC said, and I can hear it in my mind as my heart skipped a beat, the cargo potential had gone from '000s to '00s via the TSA's grandfather list.

You have two competing concerns, that I believe this company's mgt. is clearly aware of:

- don't mislead

- do disclose what you have been told by the appropriate gov. authority.


To my mind, they honor both. I have no problems at all with them. BUT I am dam disappointed that 1000s of CARGO ETDs did not form up as an available market. But I am NOT going to pull a Zey and infer: FORCE THEM TO BUY.

Investors are finally catching onto the bloviating ruse that was designed to keep investors in the stock so dmrj could unload at investors expense. Its just what happened.

With that being said, I still feel a buyout is close at hand. Was in chelsea therapeutics right before FDA approval. They got it, stock barely flinched. The company went quiet for 2 months. We were all bummed out we held through FDA which was either big money or bankruptcy after the decision. It was neither, just like imsc.

They sold the company 2 months later. Modest premium. Should be better here. Just past the two month mark.

That's exactly right and exactly what I have been saying. Credibility loss is hard to regain even after unprecedented events such as the TSA order. Since the qualification how many non-TSA 220 orders we got? Are these inline with what Dr.Jones was saying when he was talking about customers waiting for the qualification, pipelines etc.? No one is expecting another TSA sized IDIQ and it is not the huge size of the orders necessarily, it is the fact that what you say is coming true or not. That's why he lost credibility, that's why people rightfully ask questions about him and that's why this stock price is where it is. Again, either don't say anything that will not come true whether it dramatically changes the picture or not.
