dbernet... the only thing I can put together is a pursuit of William Jefferson. By any reading of the situation it is pretty easy to see they are out to get him. Other companies have been searched. There is a definite association with Noreen Wilson (the old ERHC) and Jefferson. Not only was Jefferson's trip paid for, but there was the two scholorships at the University of LA, which I doubt Noreen could swing from Florida! That sounds more like a Jefferson deal with him being from LA. Looks like Noreen, her husband, and I'm guessing son and daughter or daughter-in-law contributed to Jefferson.... while living in Florida!?! Seems like grease to me! It appears all that happened before the changes in ownership of ERHC and current management and BOD couldn't have had anything to do with Jefferson. Even if they somehow tied SEO to anything.... he is with Chrome and just a shareholder. I don't think ERHE has a problem and it's more than likely the gov is after individuals and not the Corp. That's my best guess and it's only a fair guess.
