I believe B will be at .013 which is a major resistance. Then it can drop 30% before ripping back to .017 and then 2s...

That'd be pretty ridic to see the American Idol judges with VFizz next to them. I can see this in the future, but with only Bi-Coastal presence (soon to be UK as well and other locations), I don't think it will happen on this upcoming American Idol Season...unless Vanis has some ridiculous firepower waiting.

This is a good theory. Ryan Seacrest is a huge name and celebrity with a lot of connections in the celebrity world.

Hope this theory comes true in the future, because if it does...there is nothing stopping this from going to NASDAQ and being successful with the blue chippers

Dude, we're all here to make money. That's the name of the game. We have different strategies. I'm a swing trader, not a day trader. My belief is that longs who park their money in OTC stocks for a long long time have overwhelming odds against them making any money simply because they don't know how to press the sell button. They get so so greedy when the stock price goes up looking for more more more and when the stock price falls they hold on for dear life believing it will bounce. All the meantime great opportunities for profits vaporize.

Never fall in love with a penny stock company. Since you can never perfectly time the market, it's better to take more modest profits, then to be sitting there with pants down after the stock price crashes.

If reading the PR and looking into Seacrests radio show a little bit is considered DD, then thanks Monkey. As for the restricted shares and what those are for, we have no idea. But it wouldn't surprise me if they land in a highly effective spot. And that would be highly effective.
