Well they do have several locations. I think the problem with the PPS is that they closed one of their company stores last year. That caused the PPS to fall. They are back on track and the Texas wing alone should propel this company to a major franchiser. It's still a gamble but I like the odds. This is a real company with real revenues which I believe is undervalued. I really feel like the GRLT concept would explode in places like NY and Chicago where there are lots of yuppies and health conscious diners. In Florida there are young people but there are also a lot of older people who are more cost conscious than health conscious. In the right markets these GRLT restaurant locations could easily wipe up. Look at Panera. They serve processed food and soup from a bag and they are growing. Park a GRLT next to a Panera and Panera would feel the heat from reduced revenues.
