So the CHICAGO LAW FIRM is working very hard......this is very expensive for the Company.....we DO have deep pockets that can, and will, battle the SEC. With the continued battle vs. the SEC, We should take note that the company DOES want to remain PUBLIC. As I have stated earlier, even a loss with the SEC does NOT mean the we could not trade elsewhere. The company will not go BK. Despite what some have claimed, we have $18 Million in the bank. We are flushed with money ( a very good thing to have when making ANY kind of case in front of the SEC). For the posters that will quickly tell me that we never got the $18 Million and that the former CEO never got over $1 Million.......My answer is that Blauvelt LTD would NEVER continue to fight a legal battle with the SEC IF THEY COMMITTED FRAUD.....FILING FALSE SEC FORMS......If they really did not pay what they claimed in the SEC Papers, they would not REPEATEDLY show up to make their case ! We are in a very good position.......we have a company that is opening themselves up to the SEC.....It does NOT get for credible than that!!!!!!!!
