Sorry, but you are just wrong about them being done. I cannot speak for their Sapphire division, however as you may recall they have multiple other divisions that have and are continuing to do business. Albeit, with much more difficulty due to the BK, but still moving forward. Their reputation for their for cutting edge technology and ability to creatively innovate appears to remain intact. All of which in my opinion, not only means they are not "done," but rather significantly increasing their chances of successfully emerging from BK.
