At least this sounds a bit positive and gives us some hope that they have a deal in reach, and that they dont have to freeze operations. Companies like Gulfslope that has very little cash and limited ability to raise without severe dilution usually cuts expenses like IR for example. I view this as a move to prepare for uplisting, or maybe (I hope not) the just need help to market another private placement.
