Dennis Boyle, a licensed medical grower from Walla Walla, intends for his company, Curative LLC, to sign a definitive lease agreement for a 10 year renewable lease of farm land and supporting infrastructure from River Ridge Sunshine Farms.

And to not put too fine a point on it, why no LOI from Hydes Happy Herb
who lists 21902 N HOSKO RD as the chosen spot for the cultivation of their "Killer Weed".
