skit, If I were FH I'd be worried that someone might either discover his secrets independently, or that someone on the inside might steel and sell his secrets. He has no patent so he has no protection. What happened at TI could repeat itself at Cetek because he has no patent. However I also understand the risks of creating a patent. His ideas will then be stolen and deployed overseas.
