Obviously company has to have shares to raise money for expenses.

And President surely wants shares for himself too. At FCGD lot of shares issued to officers, why would it be different here. Guess we have to wait until some financial statements released or otc markets updated.

Don't know how share count was raised without shareholder vote but they must have found a way. Why else would Parks become President unless he could use shares to make money ?

Waiting for press release or even web site to be updated. They have enough shares to pay for basic expenses one would think !
