Obviously the new CEO and President raised the AS! LOL, the shareholders don't have any liability to pay them. In fact many CEOs of OTC stocks have no any pay at all! If they want to raise the AS to fund the operation they have to call the shareholder's meeting to vote for based on the company's AOI! LOL, I never heard a public company needs to raise the AS in order to issue a press which may cost only a couple of hundreds dollars! Where is the "paid" press now anyway? I believe many shareholders here are willing to pay that fractional money in order to see a press release...
