Yes it was (which I didn't catch until his sig at the end), but it included the backlog numbers, which are A LOT. I'm sure it does have to do with his EC push. But those numbers will negate his efforts even more so IMO. GTATQ is just fine moving forward and I don't believe his request will go through should he continue to follow through with it. I just don't want GTAT mgmt upset with the allegations he intends to hurl at them on the floor and have them walk even if/when the Judge OKs their "bonuses"

I hope no one counts their chickens before they hatch.

I'm not in a position at the moment to look into it, but this could be money leftover from a contract with Cosmos Chemicals.

That money is already accounted for because that contract has not been fulfilled yet.

Coming from RG/TRF/RF/TF...I'd take it with a grain of salt at the moment.

You can't take money that is already allocated for some other obligation
