Can someone tell me why SomaPulse's PEMF products can be sold and BIEL's cannot ?

My guess is they probably shouldn't be. But then again I have no idea why food supplement pills/diet pills/natural male enhancement pills, etc don't need FDA approval.

AndyCEO cut his own companies throat when given the warning letter back in 2012.

Plus, these gizmos obviously just by looking at them don't work. Probable the real reason why the ActiBand never took off with doctors after the FDA approved that gizmo.
