IMO COMPLETELY USELESS W/O Verizon Revenue-Proof

ECDC SEC filing about Verizon and StudentConnect is on the section called

Management Discussion and Analysis.

The agreement was filed in the SEC filings. It described clearly there are 2 agreement and one of them is joint sales and marketing the other is network usage.

IMO This is completely meaningless unless there is proof and specifics about how much Revenue Verizon will provide ECDC

Did the CEO and board wait this long to compensate themselves from selling ECDC shares?
