Exactly. Howarth apparently thinks he can perpetually bamboozle and dump shares on dupes who will endlessly show up in droves to buy and then help cheerlead his scam.

He doesn't realize he broke this with his third reverse split.

It's pitiful that he thinks talk of a buyback will prime the pump again...
