In an ETF--I wouldn't go long in either..however, technically speaking depends on your definition of long.
the best trades in these upcoming "bubble" sectors will be to trade the stock tickers long..
and trade the ETF'S days to weeks at a time.
right now I've been trading into dust for a 2 week run (imo) as I believe gold is capping again.. in 2 weeks I will probably trade nugt....

Both of these ETF'S are falling apart in a long term...sadly
if u were going to go long on one of these ETF'S , technically, neither is a good choice right now..volatility in both. Right now there great day trades --as I have been trading dust and doingwell Iintraday...
in about a year from now---nugt could be a very profitable trade/investment.

My point??
it's all about your perspective.
I'm short various oil stocks yet I'm about to go long on them (a year) when I believe technicals call for it...
going long now is a waste of easy %'s gained......

once again, perspective.

****one thing I do know..oil and gold sectors WILL BE OUR CHANCE AT A 90's"TECH BUBBLE"..

trade the right ones that is.....
