Yup-I'm speculating, but it sure looks like a reverse merger possibility-Composite Pacifico into GRPS, imo.

Why use structural insulated panels (SIP's)?

Composite Pacifico's magnesium/oxide or fiber reinforced cement structural insulated panels (SIP's) are at the forefront of GREEN BUILDING TECHNOLOGY with a far superior fire rating than traditional construction panels. Composite Pacifico's MgO and fiber-cement SIP's have no asbestos and no volatile organic compounds (VOC's) produced in the manufacturing process. Composite Pacifico's SIP's will not support black mold growth and have virtually no moisture absorption, making them an ideal choice for damp humid environments.
Composite Pacifico's patent pending "monolithic" design allow for pre-fabricated homes, buildings and other structures to be produced exhibiting a significant improvement in overall strength and durability when compared to conventionally designed structures. Also, Composite Pacifico's SIP's have very high insulation and acoustic ratings.
