Yup-I'm speculating, but it sure looks like a reverse merger possibility-Composite Pacifico into GRPS, imo.

yep, those are the pictures that were on the site in the morning... looks to me that CP is in full manufacturing mode... let's see where GRPS fits in...

Why use structural insulated panels (SIP's)?

Composite Pacifico's magnesium/oxide or fiber reinforced cement structural insulated panels (SIP's) are at the forefront of GREEN BUILDING TECHNOLOGY with a far superior fire rating than traditional construction panels. Composite Pacifico's MgO and fiber-cement SIP's have no asbestos and no volatile organic compounds (VOC's) produced in the manufacturing process. Composite Pacifico's SIP's will not support black mold growth and have virtually no moisture absorption, making them an ideal choice for damp humid environments.
Composite Pacifico's patent pending "monolithic" design allow for pre-fabricated homes, buildings and other structures to be produced exhibiting a significant improvement in overall strength and durability when compared to conventionally designed structures. Also, Composite Pacifico's SIP's have very high insulation and acoustic ratings. Considering our all-composite monolithic design, our high-speed automated manufacturing process and our pre-fabricated, "easy to assemble" on-site construction, the cost of our pre-fabricated homes and buildings is significantly reduced by as much as 50% over conventional concrete block construction. Our SIP's, when assembled, do not require drywall which further reduces the time and cost of construction. The exterior surface of our SIP's can be painted or finished with traditional stucco or our more durable "synthetic stucco" which will not crack like concrete block construction. Virtually all waste created in the production and assembly process of Composite Pacifico's structures is recycled!
