No idea, but you would think that investors would be picking up on this one. Maybe it's still just too soon... Vega has to be one of the best pennies around given their position, plans, the 5.7 mil contract, etc. I've done some serious research over the past year on alternative energy stocks, 70+ medical MJ stocks and a couple other sectors and I keep coming back to Vega for the win. Holding for now. We shall see what the future brings.
