Mike has fallen short several times in the past, it created a lot of doubt. When the ground breaking hits it will regenerate confidence and we will start our march up in price. Many eyes on this one waiting and collecting the dips.
It is very close now. The big buys Monday and Tuesday are a sign that word has got out. They left one resistance point @12. With news that will be chopped down as well. Oh and since it's obvious to me that I'm not the only one that heard, I got an email saying news on Allendale and our orders coming this week or early next.
