"Otherwise" represents "time and effort" When you have people who have been invested in a company for over a years time...there is more to it then just Money... thats how I took what Hornet was saying.
I dont agree with his post on Seth and his reason for posting...but thats just me... I think Hornet has every right to have an opinion on the subject though...as you or I do as well.
