And that,my friends is the question I have been asking,over and over again,for the simple reason,no one has come up with an answer.All that did happen was to insult anybody who dared to demand answers(which I find not only confirming but extremely funny in the light of where we are now)

The only value I see here is that of a shell company which can be consolidated ,renamed and recapitalized,and the sooner the better.That would be the best news possible,other than an announcement MrFIfer was fired(I've said all along that the stock would probably double on the news).Get on with it....

The question to be answered is where is the accountability from within the Company? Specifically the BOD. Fifer has done anything he wants to do and all it's gotten the shareholders and the Company is broke. There's been no communication as to what is happening or what's being done for over a year now.
