No doubt about it. As I have said previously, I will not get dragged into personal confrontations that exist among others on these boards (namely you and meaestro). I'm aware of it. I'm far to busy for that. I will reiterate that you (as well as others for that matter) can accept or reject that. I have nothing to prove to anyone. Everyone chooses how to communicate with others and I choose the more civil approach. I can not speak for maestro or the NSDL.
Back to the issue. Thank you for the response regarding the NSS and CTKH. It seems to be the most viable and rational reasoning/explanation heretofore.
