What sector? Do you mean the penny stock sector, because many penny stocks are up today. OTC 99% of the time never follows big board stock exchanges. Would be nice to see INCC move north again, but it just looks like a play to me. A group of people pumping and dumping right now. For this to more further north from high of day, we need volume well over 15 mil. Wonder if INCC will break that?
