That's not the way it works with reporting companies my friend. Management is not allowed to "de-list and call it a day". You talk about being on the SEC sh** list that would be the quickest way to a federal investigation, class action suit and likely jail time.



On the contrary jt, this does in fact happen all the time with "reporting" companies. I'm still waiting to hear something back on a "reporting" company I trade a few years back that put out all kinds of juicy news releases about potential revenues, contracts that were "inked", etc., trading volume dried up for months, then suddenly the whole damn AS was being traded in a few days, then boom, dried up again followed by a de-listing. It happens my friend and the SEC doesn't seem to do anything about it!
