Why is it, do you think, that Management, meaning Mr. Willis in particular, has not made any comments on the share plummeting to these levels? He could at least offer some re-assurances or forward guidance? Or why not have a shareholder's conference for the retail ppl in particular over the web? Thoughts?

Thank you very much for this information. I was under the assumption that these 10 million shares were available to trade into market after the year lockup period (starting late June 2014) and some of you were, which IMO was what triggered the decline since. Further I assumed that when the IPO/Uplist was postponed in Oct. some more of you shareholders started selling more aggressively into market, causing the sharper decline. Glad to hear this was not the case. I am sure you and the other group of original investors know about as much about this company as anyone here and it reassuring to hear that you are still completely confident long term, as am I.
